Overmind: Open Platform That Turns Production Traces Into Fine-Tuning Data for Agents
cneuralnetwork · x · 2026-10-07
Overmind positions itself as the training platform for specialized agents: it builds a context graph from your codebase and traces, turns production traces into observability data plus training/eval datasets, then uses them to evaluate prompts/models and train smaller, specialized models.
The key selling point is the closed loop — going from spotting where an agent fails to creating the data that fixes it, without hopping between tools. The SDK/CLI (pip install overmind) is MIT; the platform is AGPL-3.0 and self-hostable (451 stars on GitHub).
