A Reddit user reports that Qwen-Image 2.1 (QI-21) image edits often look unfinished. They compared three images — original, a 2K upscale via QI-21, and the same upscale via Krea2Edit — with QI-21 clearly trailing. The issue isn't limited to upscaling and appears in most QI-21 editing tasks.
The user shared their ComfyUI workflow (a minor tweak of the official one) and sampling parameters: steps 25, CFG 1, sampler resmultistep, scheduler sgmuniform, asking whether others hit the same issue and how to resolve it.
