ishan0102 · hn · 2026-10-06
FlattenSF (flattensf.com) is a new tool making the rounds on Hacker News that solves a classic San Francisco pain point: brutal hills. Enter any two locations and it routes you between them via the least elevation gain rather than the shortest path — handy for walkers, cyclists, and anyone with strollers or mobility constraints.
