From $1k to $15k MRR by fixing his funnel instead of adding new channels

Indie hacker Filip Panoski grew MRR from $1,000 to $15,000 without adding a single new marketing channel — just by fixing his funnel.
His method: track four numbers weekly (visitor→signup, signup→trial, trial→paid, churn), find the worst one, fix only that, then move on. Each stage has a typical diagnosis: unclear landing page, blocking onboarding, value not seen in time, or an offer not worth staying for.
Core point: if the funnel leaks, more traffic just means more people leaving. Fix the bucket, then fill it.
