Data governance company Collibra has acquired trail ML, a Munich-based AI governance startup, to strengthen how it helps organizations scale AI. trail treated governance as a technical problem; combined with Collibra's central position in data governance, the deal extends that logic into AI systems in production for faster, better, safer deployments.
