Follow-up: neolabs should embrace the VC portfolio model, could 1000x research

The author adds a caveat: not every neolab—probably not even most—is explicitly organized around this funding model. But they should be. If the model works, we could 1000x scientific research and build more trillion-dollar companies at the same time.
