Shirt In A Box, a mid-seven-figure Belfast DTC brand growing 100% YoY, says its entire 10-person operation runs on the AI platform HQ. Results after 3 months: 90 improvements shipped in 15 weeks by 9 of 10 employees, 1,500 hours saved per year, and 16 agents running (ads, stock, inbox triage, bookkeeping, review mining, SEO pages, etc.). A turning point: an audit found 86 skills built in 8 days only the founder could use; fixing routing and adding a weekly improvements ritual unlocked the pace. After meeting HQ's Jacob Posel, the team now offers AI setup consultancy to other e-commerce brands, with only 2 slots for Q4.
