Developer olucurious released Watchtower, a self-hosted open-source error tracker positioned as a drop-in replacement for Sentry and AppSignal. It supports Slack, Linear, and email alerts, ships an MCP server for coding agents, and deploys as a single Go binary plus Postgres. The project started as something he self-hosted on his homelab for his own projects.
