Mike Frank predicts a commonplace 2027 problem: people will be bombarded with notifications from AI agents of N different vendors proactively offering help with personal problems or unfinished tasks. He notes it's already starting. A design warning for agent builders: the line between proactive and intrusive will define the user experience.
