Responding to claims that abstractions no longer matter when agents work through them: rigid library interfaces push agents to reimplement functionality and add bugs, verbose ones force extra code. Well-designed abstractions still pay off — with agents as primary users, bad interface costs don't disappear, they internalize into system performance and cost.
