Engineer builds production-grade PCB in 3 weeks with AI, works on first revision
cneuralnetwork · x · 2026-10-03
Developer @ahaseeb2002 reports using AI to design a PCB in just 3 weeks — a board that would normally take months and several revisions — and it worked on the very first fabrication run.
He notes that Flux and similar AI PCB tools aren't fully there yet, but with basic PCB design knowledge and the right strategies, AI can drastically speed up the design process and prevent errors, even for production boards. The reposter plans to try integrating AI into PCB design after exams.
