heyneighbor · x · 2026-10-03
Open-source agent framework OpenClaw released v2026.9.8, merging 43 PRs from 8 contributors. Key changes:
- GPT-6.1 Sol support via the OpenAI provider for accounts with access
- Delegated agent replies now stay tied to the conversation that requested them
- Reduced memory use in larger Codex setups
- Bug fixes for failed updates and Windows startup issues, plus Control UI tab-loading fixes
The Control UI cache now retains at most three build generations (96 MiB cap), and newly retained builds omit Brotli/gzip copies to save budget; older tabs may still need a manual reload.
