GenMedia demos open-sourced: branching city walks, sim2real streets, robot arm replay
OdinLovis · x · 2026-10-03
Odin Lovis released the full code behind his GenMedia Conference demos, all built on fal (repo: lovisdotio/genmedia-demos). Three interactive experiences:
- Elsewhere: a branching city walk with 183 generated scenes and 76 recorded paths, laid out as a 3D tree you can play continuously or scrub frame by frame
- Worldline · Delivery robot: one simulated street, twelve possible futures (crossing, no-entry, cyclist junction), each branch rendered photoreal from 3D and checked against the simulation, in day and snow
- FLUX 3 Action · Robot arm: a robot policy compared with real SO-101 recordings, replayed on a 3D arm and re-rendered as video
Each experience is its own route with lazy-loaded 3D scenes and media, showcasing generative media across branching narrative, sim2real validation, and robot policy visualization.
