Cloudflare Turnstile everywhere: anti-AI scraping walls now hit human users

An observation in the AI-scraper debate: "It's already begun" — Cloudflare Turnstile challenges are everywhere, making it much harder to access information that a normal browser session could previously reach easily. A side effect of the anti-AI-crawler wave: walls built to block bots are degrading access for real users and the open web.
