Knighthead Life has selected Brain Co. to build an AI intelligence layer for its annuity operations, starting with new business transfers and in-force servicing.
The layer connects applications, documents, and decisions across the insurer's existing systems while keeping humans in control of consequential decisions. Initial workflows cover intake, validation, document assembly, servicing requests, and policy administration, aiming to significantly increase case volume capacity while cutting costs.
The same foundation can extend to straight-through case issuance and agent/policyholder communications.
