Sakana AI launches new site showcasing Fugu LLM orchestrator, Namazu, Marlin and Translate

Sakana AI has relaunched its website, putting its full product lineup and enterprise work on display. The flagship Sakana Fugu is pitched as one model that orchestrates the world's best LLMs, pushing the Pareto frontier of cost vs. performance and staying resilient when a closed model goes unavailable — with Ultra, Cyber, and Max tiers aimed at agentic chatbot workloads.
The lineup also includes Namazu, a reasonably priced Japanese-focused LLM with web search and code execution built in; Marlin, an autonomous research agent that reasons for hours to produce analyst-grade strategy reports for M&A consultants and think tanks; and Sakana Translate, built on Namazu for Japanese/English/Chinese translation with correct conversational-to-formal register.
The site also highlights enterprise case studies with MUFG Bank, SMBC Group, and Daiwa Securities in finance, plus engagements with Japan's Ministry of Defense, ATLA, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in defense and intelligence.
