Frontier Airlines to offer Starlink WiFi starting early 2027 across 1,000+ aircraft

Frontier Airlines will begin installing Starlink, the low-latency in-flight broadband from SpaceX, with the first equipped aircraft slated for early 2027 — the first US airline to offer it via a system managed directly by Starlink.
Indigo Partners portfolio airlines (Frontier, Wizz Air, Volaris, JetSMART, Cebu Pacific) plan to deploy Starlink on over 1,000 aircraft, one of the largest global commitments to next-gen inflight connectivity. Beyond passenger HD streaming and gaming, the link will support gate-to-gate connectivity for pilots, crew, maintenance and ground operations. Elon Musk amplified the announcement.
