Recruiters now use Codex/Claude to find candidates — time to run AEO on yourself

After chatting with several recruiters, one job-seeker discovered they all use Codex/Claude to search for and screen candidates. The implication: if you're not optimizing your online presence for AI retrieval (AEO on yourself), AI-driven candidate searches may simply skip over you. The visibility race is shifting from Google SEO to being findable by AI agents.
