Canada's Canadian Digital Service published results of its AI Answers trial on Canada.ca. The service answers user questions in plain language, sourcing exclusively from government URLs and blocking personally identifying queries. The 19-day trial ran on the sign-in page in June-July 2025, amid context where GC Feedback captures 3,000+ daily Q&As on immigration, benefits, and taxes, and Canada has consolidated 1,500+ sites. A commenter also shared an unofficial front-door prototype.
