Responding to Rhys Sullivan's observation that AI labs are racing to build at the application layer, Harrison Chase answers with a flat "No": locking all your company knowledge, docs and workflows into a single model creates deep vendor lock-in. It makes sense for the labs, but that doesn't mean users should want it.
