AgentMesh is a pre-release, MIT-licensed Rust service mesh/gateway for MCP. Instead of each agent managing discovery, auth, rate limits, and observability across 5–50 MCP servers, agents connect through one logical endpoint that handles tool/resource/prompt discovery, routing, health checks and load balancing, RBAC and policies, credential isolation, circuit breakers, and audit logs. A demo fronts the GitHub, Filesystem, and Memory MCP servers, exposing 49 tools through the gateway. The author seeks feedback on what an 'MCP service mesh' must have.
