A team proposed RecallOps at HackWithHyderabad 3.0: a memory-first incident response agent for SRE and DevOps teams.
Built on Hindsight for persistent memory, it recalls similar historical incidents, learns from successful and failed remediation actions, ranks likely root causes from current evidence, and recommends next diagnostic steps while keeping humans in the loop for critical actions.
Its learning loop runs: incident → evidence → memory recall → hypothesis → action → outcome → postmortem → new memory, so repeat incidents don't start from zero. The project is still a blueprint; a working prototype is planned.
