Developer Ian Arawjo says more and more of his job has become "reviewing slop UI generated by Claude Code," to the point he's considering writing a dedicated blog post on why these auto-generated interfaces are bad UX. He shared a particularly egregious example, highlighting that AI coding tools still struggle badly with frontend design quality even as their coding ability improves.
