A developer built an incident-response agent that remembers what was already tried and failed—addressing the common gap where agents can guess at problems but have no memory of past attempts. The implementation uses Hindsight's retain/recall as the memory layer, plus a citation check so the agent can't invent incident history it never retrieved.
