Moda ships Linear integration, says frustration detector beats Opus 5.5 at 1/30 the cost

Moda's weekly update #2 focuses on what happens after a problem is detected:
- Linear integration: one-click sending of detected issues to Linear, with optional auto-sync to generate issues automatically and @Moda to watch the fix.
- Frustration detection: users rarely say they're upset — they repeat, rephrase, or give up. The team hand-labelled 1,000+ turns and built a benchmark; production now outperforms Opus 5.5 at 1/30 the cost.
- Redirection vs negative: pushback like "not that one" is steering, not frustration, and is now tracked separately so negative-emotion rates stay clean.
- Custom signals open to all teams, false positives can be flagged so Moda learns, and traces now highlight linked messages.
