Developer cloud exe.dev has scrapped per-seat pricing for businesses: customers buy a pool of compute and run as many VMs as they like on it, with no 1:1 binding. The individual base plan drops to $15/month for 2 vCPUs / 4 GB memory, dropping included tokens in favor of linking the user's own ChatGPT subscription.
