DIY scheduled tasks for CLI coding agents with OpenCode, herdr and a custom skill

The author wanted ChatGPT/Codex-style scheduled tasks (or Claude desktop routines) inside CLI coding agents, which required a persistent TUI with windows and tabs.
The solution: use herdrdev as the persistent TUI, a custom /routine skill, and OpenCode as the initial coding agent.
Caveats: only tested on a Mac, and getting OpenCode to run a prompt then drop into an interactive REPL for follow-ups required tinkering and may not be reliable. Setup is available on GitHub.
