Codex Computer Use 'Neutered' by Guardrails; Opus 5.5 Does the Job on First Try

Ian Nuttall complains that Codex's computer use has been "neutered": he used to rely on it (with Sol) to create Stripe test keys and webhooks, set up Google OAuth, and wire up third-party APIs. It now refuses all of it. After three failed attempts, he asked Opus 5.5 — which completed everything on the first try. A real-world look at tightened agent guardrails vs. usability.
