Indie developer 01ayushgarg ran an AI agent through his own SaaS as a brand-new user, using Squad to give it an inbox and a free plan (stopping if money was involved). In 45 minutes the agent completed signup, onboarding and every feature, producing 60 flow-named screenshots; over 8 hours total it turned flows into motion-graphic explainer videos posted to YouTube, built a full help-docs hub with real UI screenshots shipped via GitHub, and found 26 issues across onboarding, core workflows and copy. The developer spent only 10 minutes of his own time.
