Merge added five new connectors to its Agent Handler platform (production-ready MCP connectors for AI agents): Dealops, Jamf Pro, Power BI, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Outlook GCC High for US government tenants.
Agent Handler is designed to give AI agents secure, reliable access to enterprise tools, with built-in authentication, scoped access per agent, and observability, so agents can take real actions like sending messages, creating tickets, and running background tasks. The release expands its coverage of enterprise software.
