Entrepreneur Gabriel argued that while people with good morals do things better, both good and bad people are ultimately in it for the money — and money talk framed as morality is just virtue signalling. Let people create value in peace.
In a follow-up, he added the reverse view: we should celebrate making money and reinvesting it into building incredible things for humanity, increasing production, high-paid jobs, and quality of life for everyone — a stance in the ongoing AI "profit vs safety/ideology" debate.
