Tony Fadell: Nobody will care about the underlying AI model — convenience and bundling will win

Tony Fadell argues consumers will soon stop caring about the underlying AI model: models are already good enough for most needs. What people want is AI that is useful, easy to access, and free or bundled into services they already pay for.
Citing The Innovator's Solution, he notes that when a product isn't good enough, performance wins; once it is, convenience and cost dominate. The winning question shifts from "whose model is best?" to "why would I pay separately for this?"
