Anta cuts order decisions from half a day to 10 minutes with Volcano Engine agents

Volcano Engine details three AI agents deployed across Anta Group's global business, incubated through its Agent innovation contest with FDE support:
- Product video agent: ArkClaw mines trending videos and generates prompts, Seedance2.0 produces product clips for multi-market publishing. New hires become productive in half a day, with 15 extra videos per day at the same token spend.
- Overseas ordering agent: four order templates (90% data overlap) are wrapped into Skills, automating SKU conversion, category filtering, and formatting. Order decision time dropped from half a day to 10–20 minutes, manual entry fell 90%, accuracy exceeds 99%.
- Returns agent: automatically pulls return data from e-commerce platforms and creates ERP tickets, handling 1,000+ returns monthly in Anta's TikTok cross-border business, with plans to extend to FILA and other brands.
Anta's global IT director Wu Yongliang frames three metrics for enterprise agent adoption: how many daily workflows depend on agents, how many processes assume them by default, and how many capabilities replicate across regions. "The endgame for agents isn't chat — it's workflows."
