Hexis Shares How They Manage Agent Skills Permissions on Top of Git

The author's team found their agent skills outgrew a shared Git repo: a change touching both Finance and IT required approvals from both owners without exposing each other's restricted docs. Their approach keeps Git for storage and versioning, with a permissions and review layer handled above it. The co-founder wrote up the method, and the team built the product Hexis around it.
