Compound Engineering 3.25 adds one-command refresh for compounded learnings

Compound Engineering's 3.25 release improved its knowledge-compounding logic. Users who have built up compounded learnings via its skills can now run /ce-compound-refresh clean up my compounded learnings to review all accumulated knowledge and automatically consolidate, eliminate, or improve entries.
