Deel hit $140M ARR in 90 days, and its payments team used to spend 500 hours a week reconciling payments its systems couldn't auto-match. EMEA payments lead Patric recorded himself working through a payment across 5 systems while narrating his decisions; their in-house agent Akai captured the screen, voice, and underlying server requests, identified needed access (including an API-less bank portal), and built the workflow and its SOP from the recording. A handful of examples taught it odd invoice references and internal transfers. Deel says 85% of payment reconciliations are now automated end to end.
