XGrammar Adds DeepSeek V4.1 Structural Tags for Fast Native Tool Calls

Tianqi Chen (@tqchenml), creator of TVM, announced that XGrammar now supports DeepSeek V4.1's structural tag, enabling reliable, native and fast tool calls through grammar-constrained decoding.
