MiMo-V2.6 called one of the largest open-source RL runs, now top open model

A quoted thread from @LuoFuli details MiMo-V2.6's path: with compute scarce, a several-dozen-person team focused on scaling up RL in what is likely one of the largest single RL runs by compute any open-source team has undertaken. The model's potential was built through mid-training and unlocked via heavy RL, now ranking as the #1 open-source model. Author andrewncarr adds that mixRL flex looks nice and he is benchmarking these models on internal 3D evals.
