Genkit Dart 0.17 ships resumable generation, agent snapshots, async subagents and OpenTelemetry

Genkit Dart 0.17 is out as the framework marches toward a stable 1.0. Key additions: resumable generate calls and agent snapshots so failed or aborted agent loops can pick up where they left off; async subagents for delegating background work; and pluggable OpenTelemetry instrumentation via genkitotel to export GenAI traces and metrics.
