More NLP papers heading to ML venues as students favor ICLR over NAACL

Jenna Russell says the share of NLP work submitted to ML venues is higher than in previous years, partly because industry seems to prefer ML conferences over CV/NLP venues — many students are now submitting to ICLR instead of NAACL.
