Finance worker: Claude reports need double-checking, AI efficiency gains limited

A finance professional describes his team's AI adoption: most colleagues don't use AI, and despite being the most advanced user, he isn't much more efficient because Claude's report outputs must be double- or triple-checked. He notes Claude is slow at building reports and often crashes, while Copilot sometimes simply refuses to process requests. He finds agents inaccurate and risky, mainly using AI to summarize sell-side research for senior management, and argues junior roles won't vanish since deep domain knowledge is needed to get the most out of AI.
