"95% of AI releases are facades right now": builder warns against chasing hype

Builder @notdevin argues that amid the current AI momentum, "real shit doesn't go as fast as all the facades do" and an estimated 95% of releases are facades. His advice: don't get discouraged or take shortcuts to keep up with fakes — momentum dies when utility doesn't manifest at the rate of hype, and those who imitate the fakes will die with them. Heads down, keep building.
