Nautilo Guide: Stand Up a Self-Hosted AI Assistant Locally with Just Docker

Dan Jefferies' team published a quick local setup guide for the open-source project Nautilo. It's fully container-based — all you need is Docker Desktop; the desktop app is a signed Mac app you just download and drag into Applications.
The path is clear:
- A Mac that runs Docker Desktop, an internet connection, and an API account with credit. One model key from Venice, OpenRouter, or OpenAI is enough to start — no cloud account or source checkout needed
- For a speaking assistant, add an ElevenLabs key later; web search, browser tasks, and document conversion can be added via Tavily, Browser Use, and CloudConvert respectively, with music and video options available too
- The official walkthrough takes you from zero to a working Nautilo server, a customized "Genie" assistant with its own character, and your first saved document
Docs are available in Chinese, Japanese, French, Spanish and Korean (UI currently English-only).
