Developer julianharris reports two things: a bug in his native Mac screencast app Cutaway (broken "Insert Cut") was fully fixed by a local AI coding agent on the first attempt — his first serious commercial-app bug fixed by local AI; and the minimal agent harness Pi (pi.dev) doesn't work with iTerm2 due to scrollback handling, with the issue closed unfixed. The post also surfaces Pi's feature set: skills, AGENTS.md, four modes (interactive/print/RPC/SDK), npm-distributed extensions, and a minimal system prompt.
