Program-as-weights: pip install a LoRA adapter to run neural programs locally
yuntiandeng · x · 2026-09-20
yuntiandeng demos programasweights (paw), a library that distributes trained "neural programs" as LoRA adapters: after pip install programasweights, a single call like paw.function(programid) runs the program locally — shown here with a PII detection example.
A hosted inference API is also available (POST with programid, input, maxtokens, temperature), though the author jokes that shipping PII to the cloud defeats the purpose of PII masking.
