Bespoke Labs open-sources Nimble, an open Jev rival for fast typed decisions

TypeSafe's Jev is API-only and closed-source. Bespoke Labs released Nimble, an open model claimed to perform just as well, with the full recipe public:
- Takes text plus a schema (choice questions or true/false) and returns typed decisions with per-answer probabilities in a single step — no reasoning chain, blazing fast
- Inspired by Jev's System One approach but explicitly not distilled from Jev; the point is to show how to curate data, train, and serve such a model
- Repo covers contrastive data curation, model evaluation, and deployment; already 300+ stars
