An AI agent called customer service for a user — the rep couldn't tell it wasn't human

User milliemyang shared that, dreading customer service calls, she tried Muse to have an AI agent make the call for her — and got back a full call transcript.
The striking part: the customer service rep on the other end apparently couldn't tell it was an agent. Amplifier armandruiz noted he "never made the call" yet received the complete transcript. The demo shows how lifelike voice agents have become in real phone-based customer service scenarios.
