Insilico Medicine released InsilicoMMAI-Chem-ADMET, a 4B-parameter specialist model that predicts drug safety, metabolism, and PK endpoints across 26 tasks in a single model, achieving SOTA+ on 7 of them. It was trained on 140K+ datapoints via the MMAI Gym for Science platform. The team's pitch: potency gets the headlines, but safety decides whether a molecule can become a drug.
