James Ward shares two patterns for combining Jev, LLMs, and MCP: (1) Jev as an orchestrator of LLM-driven MCP tool calls, and (2) Jev as the outer-loop orchestrator with an LLM used as a tool. He stresses that MCP output schemas are essential — they give Jev everything it needs to plan efficiently, after which it builds a workflow AST from the tool descriptions.
