Startup TypeSafe AI is hiring founding team members under the tagline "Build Prod, Not God."
CEO Diogo Almeida says he co-invented RLHF and InstructGPT, the methods behind ChatGPT and GPT-4, after stints at Google Brain. COO Sasha Sheng is a former Meta/FAIR research engineer who won 7 hackathons in 2023; CTO Erik Gafni is a repeat founder and early employee at two unicorns.
